Saudade translates a feeling of calm and melancholy into a subtle visual language. The combination of a matte underside and a glossy top creates a refined contrast and a soft, elegant appearance.

Saudade Pearl combines a bright white, glossy surface with a matte base for a sophisticated contrast.

Saudade Sand introduces a subtle sandy tone, also finished with a matte base for a calm, natural expression.

From clay to natural porcelain
This collection is also produced in our Portuguese atelier, built on deep-rooted expertise. The process begins with the selection of high-quality clay, which is carefully prepared and shaped.

After a first firing (bisque firing), each piece is further finished and glazed, followed by a second high-temperature firing. This results in natural porcelain with a strong, dense structure and a refined finish in which matte and gloss enhance each other.

The fully controlled, multi-step process ensures a consistent and high-quality final result.

Refined, hospitality-grade & sustainably produced
Saudade combines aesthetics with functionality. The porcelain is exceptionally durable and suitable for intensive use. As with Rocha, production is fully electric, without the use of gas and powered by solar energy, resulting in a zero-emission process.
