Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver? What are the costs?

We ship throughout Europe. Shipping costs vary by country. Please visit our shipping page for an overview of the costs by destination.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can track the shipment to your address.

What is the delivery time?

The average delivery time is 2–7 days. You can find a breakdown by country on our shipping page.

We rely on the scheduling and execution of our logistics partners for delivery and therefore have no control over the delivery time. Please note that deliveries to international (export) destinations may take longer due to customs clearance and additional transit times.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can track your shipment and check the estimated delivery date. If you’re not home, the package may have been delivered to a neighbor or a nearby address, or the carrier may try again. Be sure to check for any messages or emails from the delivery service.

Can I place a pre-order?

Yes, pre-orders are available. If a product is available for pre-order, this will be indicated on the product page. You can order the product now, and we’ll ship it as soon as it becomes available.

Damage & Returns

Can I return a product?

Not completely satisfied with your order? You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• Products must be unused and in their original condition
• Items must be undamaged
• All products must be returned in their original packaging

You can request a return label through the returns portal.

A flat fee of €10 will be charged for returning your package, unless the delivery was incorrect. This fee will be deducted from your refund. The same flat fee applies to partial returns.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the damage.

We’ll review your case and offer a suitable solution, whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund. Be sure to report the damage within 14 days of receiving your order.

How long will it take for the refund to appear in my account?

Refunds are processed within 14 business days. The amount will be refunded to the account used to place the order. It is not possible to change this account.

If the initial payment was made with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard), the refunded amount will appear on your next (monthly) credit card statement.

What is the exact duration of the warranty?

Every item available in our online store is covered by the statutory warranty, which ensures that a product is or functions as you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect. If you have purchased an item that does not meet these standards, we will provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible. The statutory warranty guarantees that, as a consumer, you are entitled to a 2-year warranty when purchasing a new product. Depending on the item and in consultation with you, we will honor the legal warranty through repair or replacement. Please contact our customer service for assistance.

The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from use contrary to the instructions, improper use, transport after delivery, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse.

Orders & Payments

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. This means that once your order has been placed, we can no longer make any changes.

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll see if any changes can still be made.

What are the payment options?

All payments are processed in a secure payment environment. We use mollie.com, an online payment system that makes paying easier and more flexible.

In our online store, you can pay securely using various payment methods, including:

All payments are securely processed through a certified payment provider.

Can I use a discount code or gift card?

If you have received a discount code or gift card that is valid in our online store, you can use it to pay for your order. Enter the code or the gift card details on the checkout page.

Gift Cards: Multiple gift cards can be used in a single order. The balance of a gift card can also be applied to multiple orders. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Discount codes: Only one discount code may be used per order.

My discount code or gift card isn't working—help!

There are a few reasons why your discount code might not be working:

  • Check the validity: Make sure the code or voucher is still valid and hasn't expired. Some codes are time-sensitive or have specific terms and conditions.
  • One discount code per order: Please note that you can only use one discount code per order.
